2016 Cooking Experiences – Overview

Looking back, 2016 will surely be the year we will remember as the one when our business, sort of, exploaded. From the word GO in January, our monthly classes were fully booked in advance with a total of 12 groups cooking regularly. We had a few private cooking class dates which filled up quickly and many new catering clients that joined the Tamatiestraat family throughout the year. Our tally shows around 130 cooking classes and 80 caterings for the year.

More than anything else, we are thankful. For work, for fabulous clients, for friends and family for support and believing in our dream, our permanent and temporary staff for commitment and long hours and then, for each other…being partners in business have taught us many lessons and, believe it or not, we like each other even more! 😉

Here is an overview of the classes/themes we did in 2016. A nice collection of a bit more than 60 recipes. We had a ball!

As I type we have already kicked of 2017 and are cooking up a storm with new ideas, old and new clients and planning for much more to come!
