When it comes to the menu for your special event, nobody can provide us with better insight than you yourself! Please take the time to complete our questionnaire as thoroughly as possible. Once we’ve gone through your answers and formed a good idea of your vision for your function, we will design a once-off menu and provide a detailed quotation. Remember that nothing is set in stone and we are more than happy to chat about your budget – don’t be shy!
Are you having trouble determining a budget for your event? Here’s our cost breakdown to give you an idea of the amounts involved.
- Canapé & Bowl Food menu estimate of R200-350pp (depending on amount of guests and menu choices)
- Three course sit down menu estimate of R250-R500pp (depending on amount of guests and menu choices)
- Kitchen Hands (1 kitchen hand p/20 guests quoted additionally): R55 per hour per kitchen hand, this includes food preparations on and off-site for the event
- Waitrons (if required): R75 per hour per waitron
- Mobile Kitchen Set-up if required: R2000 (average; dependent on menu and venue)
- Extra rentals: Platters, plates, bowls, glasses, napkins, tablecloths, tables etc.
- Delivery & Collection: R1100
- Food Tasting prior to event: R2000
- For events more than 150km outside Cape Town and surrounds, travel, accommodation and vehicle rental costs may apply. This will be quoted situationally.
