Summer of ’22

This is how I want to eat all Summer: everything prepared on the fire, no stress, no fuss, just good ingredients prepared simply.
Choose 1-3 ingredients per lunch/dinner and serve it with good Olive Oil, feta cheese, Greek Style yoghurt, fior di latte cheese or a green sauce of your choice. Add a fresh bread and protein and you have a FEAST!
