Sweet & Sticky BRAAI Marinade

Enough for 8-12 chicken pieces.

Also works well with pork or beef – think ribs & steaks!

INGREDIENTS

    • 1 cup All Gold tomato sauce
    • 2 tablespoons Mrs Balls chutney
    • 1-2 tablespoons green tabasco (to taste)
    • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    • 2 tablespoons oil
    • 1 heaped tablespoon apricot jam
    • Salt & Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and adjust to personal taste.
  2. Coat the chicken pieces with half of the marinade and reserve the other half for basting while “braaing”!
