20 Sep Sweet & Sticky BRAAI Marinade

Enough for 8-12 chicken pieces.
Also works well with pork or beef – think ribs & steaks!
- 1 cup All Gold tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons Mrs Balls chutney
- 1-2 tablespoons green tabasco (to taste)
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 heaped tablespoon apricot jam
- Salt & Pepper
- Mix all the ingredients together and adjust to personal taste.
- Coat the chicken pieces with half of the marinade and reserve the other half for basting while “braaing”!
